Where my data processed via elDoc will be stored?

For Cloud Deployment (SaaS): elDoc data is stored in various geographical regions on professional hosting platforms, such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, which are secure from unauthorized access.

For On-Premise Deployment: elDoc data is stored on your own servers / Cloud. 

Will you have the access to view my company`s data in elDoc?

Our employees will not have access to your data stored and processed through the elDoc platform, except when explicit written permission is granted by you for authorized customer support.
